We are committed to protecting your privacy online: We ask for your permission to contact you by e-mail. We only pass on your personal data if you have expressly permitted this. How do we collect your data? We collect your information when you inquire about our services and consultations, you attend a course or an event, you attend a kinesiology session with us.

What data do we collect and what do we use it for? We only store the information necessary to keep in touch with you. This includes your email address and phone number that you have provided. You can opt out of our distribution list at any time by unsubscribe. When you take part in a kinesiology session, we keep information about this session in evidence so that we can provide the best possible service. This information is kept safe and you can view it at any time. We ask you for an appropriate notification in this regard. When you visit a course with us, we collect the necessary data to create course certificates. We need these for registration at the International Kinesiology College (IKC) or at the Educational Kinesiology Foundation. Both organizations have their own privacy policies that you can view online at    

How long do we store your personal information? We store your personal data as long as it is necessary for your interaction with us. In some cases we have to keep the information for a certain period of time, e.g. Klientenberichte – 7 years or in the case of minors 7 years after their 18th birthday.

How do we store your personal information? All Klientenberichte are stored securely in a filing cabinet as a paper copy. The information is intended solely to allow your kinesiologists a safe and effective kinesiology session. If you send us your copy by e-mail, it will be printed immediately and deleted from your computer. If you are a student and provide us with contact information or other information related to your learning, they will be stored on a computer protected by a password. Student information is also stored securely in a filing cabinet as a paper copy. If you are a mentee, the files are again paper-based and securely stored in a filing cabinet. If you choose to send information by e-mail, it will be stored on a computer under a password.

Changes to these policies These guidelines may change from time to time. We will do our best to inform you of any changes.

Your rights You have the right to request the information we have about you. To inform us about changes to your data, to ask us to delete the information we have about you. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. We appreciate that you entrust us with your information when using our services, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
